Exclusive FireWire Surfboard Rental
If you’ve arrived in Jbay to find the surf pumping, and you’re in need of a board, we’d recommend renting one of our exclusive Firewire rentals.
These are kept in mint condition and can be found in the Country Feeling Shop. We can also arrange to have it delivered to the guesthouse.
The cost is R500 per day, and the boards arrive waxed, leashed and fins are fitted.

- I acknowledge that I will utilize the equipment and participate in any activities at my own risk.
- I further exempt the owner against all liability and/or injury of whatsoever nature arising directly or indirectly from utilization of the equipment of the owner and/or participation in surf-related activities and/or any other activities I may use the equipment for.
- I declare that I am in good health and am prepared to act responsibly at all times and am fully aware that certain activities may contain certain inherent dangers. I hereby freely and willfully undertake on behalf of myself, my executors, administrators, heirs and successors in title not to claim from and undertake legal action and to indemnify, hold harmless and absolve the owner its members, guides, organizers, servants, helpers agents from any or all liability whatsoever in connection with loss or whatsoever damage to any of my property or to any injury whatsoever to myself or even my death arising from the negligence of any of the above parties or from any cause whatsoever in course of activities and/or use of available facilities and/or equipment of the owner.
- I freely and willfully agree to all the terms and conditions of any excursions/activities I participate in. I undertake to act responsibly, diligently and agree to exercise the greatest degree of care and safety whilst involved in any activity when using the equipment of the owner. I furthermore freely and willfully undertake to cover all and any costs which may be incurred for medical treatment by any person or organization that so renders his/ her services in the event of any emergency and requires payment for them.
- I also willfully and freely undertake to pay all and any costs for transport or evacuation by vehicle, boat, or aircraft if it becomes necessary in the case of an emergency.
- I undertake to take due and proper care at all times of any equipment or property provided by the owner and shall immediately notify the owner or its employees should any damage occur or be likely to occur to any of its property and /or equipment. I acknowledge that I will be held liable for any damage I may cause to the equipment of the owner, as well as any damage or injury I may cause to others or their property in using or transporting the equipment of the owner, and I herewith indemnify the owner against any claims that may be instituted against the owner as a result thereof.
