This newly renovated 4-bedroom house is perfect for families or groups of friends. Bordering the Supers greenbelt, the back yard is peaceful, sunny and warm, bustling with bird-life, and is just a walk away from Supertubes beach and surf spot. Imagine ocean meets forest.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the living areas downstairs, the house provides everything you need for the perfect getaway. Care has been taken to provide a mutlitude of sitting areas suitable for work or play, with views of the garden or the ocean. 7 Pepper St is beachfront accommodation perfection.

The detached studio has an en-suite bathroom and a kitchennette.

The newly installed inverter will allow the use of all essential appliances, lights, plugs and wifi during load-shedding.

All of the bedrooms can be set up with twin beds or king-sized beds, please confirm bed set-up when booking.

Accommodates 8 adults comfortably, and two extra mattresses are avaiable for children under 12.
