Self-catering, pet-friendly holiday home
Affectionately known as Sandy’s Spot, 41 Mimosa is a multi-level, self-catering holiday home with phenomenal views of the ocean and mountains that make Jeffreys Bay beautiful.
There are two options when booking this house. It can be booked as a 3 bedroom house that sleeps 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children), or a 5 bedroom house that sleeps 10 guests comfortably (8 adults and 2 children).
The house is on a large property with a pool, surfboard rack and outdoor shower. It’s completely enclosed, so perfectly pet-friendly and has an electric gate and alarm system. Parking is inside the property, up a steep driveway.
There is an inverter for back-up power for lights and plugs only.
A short walk will get you to the Spar Centre where you’ll find Nina’s Restaurant among other stores.

R500 cleaning fee charged on every booking.
1.5% of the total value of the accommodation is added to the booking as a Conservation Levy, collected by the Jbay Surf Alliance, for conservation and protection of beaches in Jeffreys Bay. This is payable on arrival.
2 nights min out of season, 7 nights min in peak season.
The Upper Level (3 Bedroom House) is made up as follows:
- main bedroom with a king or two singles
- interleading kids’ bedroom with a set of bunks
- full bathroom
- second bedroom with a king or two singles and ensuite bathroom
- fully equipped kitchen
- pool table
- lounge with full DSTV
- fireplace
- weber braai on the deck

The Lower Level (added to make a 5-bedroom house) is made up as follows:
- two interleading bedrooms with one full bathroom
