With three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the living areas downstairs, the house is the perfect holiday home. The garden and braai area are perfect for family time and provide a safe space for children or furry family members.

The newly installed inverter will allow the use of all essential appliances, lights, plugs and wifi during load-shedding. Recently decorated and modern, with an African Perfection breakfast optional across the road, this is a beautiful long-stay preference.

The house is not serviced daily, but this can be arranged at R250 per clean.

Two of the bedrooms can be set up with twin beds or king-sized beds; the other bedroom has a queen size bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower and a balcony with a view. The secondary bedrooms share a newly improved bathroom with an open shower.
